Refund Policy

Creative Pixel Studios LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to delivering high-quality work and ensuring client satisfaction. Because our services involve custom creative and technical work tailored specifically to each client, our refund policy reflects the nature of that work.

This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Creative Pixel Studios, including web design and development, SEO, paid advertising management, branding, and ongoing maintenance. This policy supplements the terms of your Client Service Agreement, which governs the specific terms of your engagement.

1. Before Work Begins

If you cancel your project before any work has commenced and before the agreed start date, you are entitled to a full refund of any deposit or payments made. "Work commenced" means the Agency has begun any design, development, research, or strategic work on your project.

2. After Work Has Commenced

Once work has begun on your project, all fees for work completed to date are non-refundable. This includes any design concepts, development work, research, strategy documents, SEO implementation, or other deliverables produced — whether or not the final project has been delivered.

If you choose to cancel after work has commenced:

  • You are responsible for payment of all work completed to the date of cancellation
  • Any deposit paid will be applied toward the balance owed for completed work
  • If the deposit exceeds the value of work completed, the difference will be refunded within 30 days
  • If the value of work completed exceeds the deposit, the remaining balance is due within 14 days of cancellation

Cancel after work starts → you pay for work completed. If deposit covers it, the excess is refunded. If not, the balance is due.

3. Completed Projects

Once a project has been delivered, approved, and launched, all fees are final and non-refundable. Post-launch changes, modifications, or additional work are handled through separate Change Orders or an ongoing maintenance agreement.

We include three (3) rounds of revisions during the project to ensure you are satisfied with the final product before launch. Post-launch dissatisfaction with approved work does not qualify for a refund.

4. Monthly Maintenance Plans

Monthly maintenance plans are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your maintenance plan at any time with 30 days written notice. Upon cancellation:

  • You are responsible for payment through the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds are issued for partial months
  • Services continue through the end of the paid period
  • Your website and code remain yours — canceling maintenance does not affect code ownership

5. SEO & Paid Advertising Services

SEO and paid advertising are performance-based services that depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes, market conditions, competitor activity, and client participation. Because results cannot be guaranteed, fees for SEO and advertising services rendered are non-refundable.

Advertising spend (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) paid to third-party platforms on your behalf is non-refundable by us. Refund policies for ad spend are governed by the respective platform's terms.

6. Termination by the Agency

If Creative Pixel Studios terminates an engagement, we will refund any amounts paid for services not yet performed as of the termination date. All work completed to date will be delivered to the client within 10 business days of termination, subject to receipt of all outstanding payments.

7. Disputes

If you believe you are entitled to a refund or have concerns about work performed, please contact us directly. We are committed to resolving issues professionally and in good faith. Disputes are handled according to the terms outlined in your Client Service Agreement, including negotiation, mediation, and binding arbitration as applicable.

8. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to this Site. Active client engagements are governed by the refund terms in effect at the time of signing the Client Service Agreement.
